above logo belongs to the British Broadcasting Company.
I selected the
above logo and regard it as a "good logo" for the
following reasons:
- It is the epitome
of simplicity.
- It can be reproduced
in any media.
- It can be reproduced
in any size.
- It is a black
and white logo and, on occasion, it can be used as a white
on black logo, without losing its identity.
- The BBC has
always been noted as a straight, to-the-point and factual
broadcaster and the black blocks represent this. The straight
lines of the logo further enhance this image of the company.
In my opinion the
BBC logo fulfills all the requirements of a good logo. |
